Shipping policy

Domestic Orders (all US states)

Shipping is FREE. It usually takes about 3 to 5 working days for delivery. All US shipments are trackable and are sent via USPS Priority mail. 

International Orders

Outside the United States shipping is calculated at checkout. Please allow at least 6 to 10 working days. Please allow more time depending on your countries policies.  We do not cover duties and taxes. All shipments via US Mail. 

Order Processing

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Orders are processed and shipped from Wahiawa, Hawaii. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email. Petite Boutique Hawaii is not responsible in case of mail theft.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Items purchased from Petite Boutique Hawaii are eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of completed delivery. Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, in any original packaging, unwashed, and unaltered.

Items that smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items can be shipped back to the customer at their expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.

After 14 days, all sales are FINAL.

Shipping costs on returns are the customers responsibility, but will receive free shipping on their exchange. No price adjustments. Thank you for understanding.
